An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Continuous Improvement Team as part of The PRIDE Way - our Trust wide Quality Improvement methodology and management system based on LEAN.

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual with skills and experience in LEAN and/or involvement in NHS Quality Improvement to join our established team.

It is desirable for the post holder to have proven experience of teaching to a range of people with various abilities on numerous topics.
