Are you a passionate, proactive and creative individual looking with healthcare experience looking for a new challenge? Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals Trust are actively recruiting for a motivated and dynamic Band 3 General Therapy Assistant to join our Integrated Therapies Team for wards at Queen's Hospital.

We have a vacancy each in the Acute Elderly Unit team.

As a Therapy Assistant, you are required to collect information from patients and families, prepare patients for treatment sessions, carry out treatments and order equipment as directed by a qualified therapist.


Our commitment to you:

  • Offer inhouse training to allow you to develop your understanding of common conditions and their management.
  • Provide an environment to allow you to develop your skills at assisting the Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy team.
  • Provide varied work with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists in a clinical and nonclinical support role
