Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a Dudley based NHS Trust to recruit a Head of Service Management (band 8c) on a permanent contract.

The post-holder will provide high level leadership and management to the day to day Customer facing ServiceSupport operations within the Trust

Key Responsibilities

Lead on the development and delivery of high quality, customer focussed and secure Digital services that support the Trust's users in the delivery of their business objectives.
Manage delivery of a range of Digital Services to Customers across the Trust, reporting in to the Chief Information Officer.
Manage a team of specialist staff and be pivotal in fully supporting the delivery of major improvements in health and wellbeing where there is a significant digital dependency
Lead on Training and organisational Development activities for the Digital Services team ensuring a continuing process of improvement and development exists covering Digital staff

Essential Criteria

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
Masters in a related field Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development. Accredited PRINCE 2 Practitioner and accredited MSP Practitioner or working towards. #
