Nurse Co-Ordination

To liaise with managers and team leaders to identify the cover required and to keep them informed of the progress made.

To liaise with bank employees on a regular basis to determine their availability for providing shift cover.
Ensure that long term/temporary projects/contracts are filled and monitored ensuring the most effective and cost sensitive means of cover, Bank or Agency
Establish appropriate budget holder authorisation for all bookings put through the Health Roster Bank system.
To utilise the Health Roster bank systems, managing bookings, ensuring all details areaccurately recorded and be responsible for the matching process of temporary staff to available shifts accordingly.
To identify and implement improvements to new and existing temporary staffing processes, procedures and systems.
Provide a high level of customer service throughout all interactions with staff and managers, ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of issues and queries and ensuring the professional image and good reputation of the Staff Bank Service is maintainedat all times.
To coordinate and complete Payroll information including timesheets and HR forms
Maintenance of contact details on the Health Roster System.
To ensure the Staff Bank filing systems are maintained as necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when dealing with information relating to temporary workers, applicants and staff.
