GSL Education (Watford) is seeking a dedicated LSA to join one of our outstanding client schools in Windsor and Maidenhead. We're searching for someone who is adaptable, dependable, and has a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents.

No teaching degree is required for this position - we welcome applicants with a willingness to work with children as caregivers. Our school offers an exceptional educational experience, prioritizing both academic performance and overall well-being.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to foster confidence and trust.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with students, colleagues, and parents.
Motivate all pupils to reach their full potential academically and personally.
Collaborate effectively with the teaching team, assisting with lesson design, development, and delivery.
Aid teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and working with small groups of students to enhance learning.
Ensure classrooms are safe and tidy, providing a conducive environment for learning.

To be considered for this role, you must:

Be committed to child safety.
Possess a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
