We have a great opportunity for a People Technology & Data Specialist to join our highly skilled and fun team.

This position is a fixed term 6-12-month contract (Maternity cover) - Virtual working.

The focus of this role is on triaging queries into the People Technology & Analytics team; providing incident and query support on Tier 2 queries relating to RS Groups global People systems; Work on People Data and reporting, Manage Data uploads, Org Changes as well as create and run reports.

Carry out system administration activities to ensure the smooth running of our systems; and own and deliver small to medium scale changes to system features and functionality.

In addition, they will provide support on other technology & Analytics projects as needed.

About the role

Manage Data and data uploads
Create and maintain reporting for HR system
Export Data to analytics systems as Power BI
Stakeholder Management
Assess and then resolve or allocate/escalate queries, issues or requests coming into the People Technology & Analytics Team.
Provide guidance and support to People team colleagues on how to use our systems.
Escalate major issues or incidents promptly and participate in incident management.
Identify areas for continuous improvement, and implement improvements as directed.
Carry out regular configuration activities (master data, system access, notification text).

Expert user of HRIS system Successfactors, ideally in a systems administrator/analyst role.
Strong problemsolving ability and able to deliver simple solutions to complex problems.
Evidence of a customerfocused approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with peers and across teams, demonstrating effective influencing skills.
Wellorganised and efficient able to manage own workload effectively under own initiative.
