This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for a fun company who have a modern approach, allowing 2 set days for you to workfrom home*.

Due to the nature of the business, you will be dealing with low value, high volume invoices

When speaking to the contact at this company they described it as "a fun office, with a lovely team who all genuinely get in which is rare to find"


What you will be doing:

  • Taking payment via the phone or the online portal
  • Chasing missing purchase orders
  • Create purchase orders and send them out
  • Completing supplier forms and maintain mail merge lists
  • Maintaining and updating excel spread sheets
  • Other ad hoc duties

What you will have:

  • Experience within credit control
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Knowledge of excel (mail merge and ability to manipulate data)
  • People skills
  • Ability to work in a team

What you will receive in return:
