    Agility Resourcing is currently in search of a meticulous and experienced Accounts Administrator to work with one of our valued clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team where your contribution will be vital in maintaining the precision and efficiency of financial operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Transaction Management: Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
    • Reconciliation: Ensure the correctness of financial data by reconciling bank statements.
    • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process transactions related to accounts payable and receivable.
    • Financial Reporting: Generate and manage essential financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Audit Support: Provide assistance during financial audits when required.
    • Payroll Management: Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, from data entry to paycheck distribution.
    • Compliance: Guarantee the precision of payroll data and adherence to applicable regulations.
    • Deductions Processing: Manage payroll deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
    • Discrepancy Resolution: Promptly address and rectify any discrepancies in payroll transactions.
    • Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaboration: Work in close coordination with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven proficiency in payroll processing
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • In-depth understanding of end-to-end payroll procedures
    • Proficient in computer operations
    • Outstanding customer service abilities
    • Familiarity with accounts, encompassing purchase ledger and sales ledger

    About the Role:

    This role is for a full-time permanent position with a salary range of £28,000.00 to £36,000.00 per year.
