Description
The duties of the Customer Services Co-ordinator will involve:

  • Taking calls and queries from Providers and Engineers.
  • You will work closely with the Field Support teams and internal teams to update on the progress of all orders that have fallen into delay on the day of the install.
  • Updating the Salesforce CRM system and live trackers.
  • Preparing daily and weekly reports to the internal teams.
  • Keeping the customer updated throughout the installation process.
  • Efficient case management, dealing with cases through to completion.
  • You will need previous Customer Services/Administration/Coordination experience.
  • We are ideally looking for people with experience of using a CRM, ideally Salesforce but training will be given and Word, Excel and Outlook.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£12.50-£14.00 per hour
