SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant

Salary: £80-£90 per day
Working in a small SEND unit within a primary school to support children with severe learning disabilities and complex additional needs.
The Role
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support children with complex learning needs in a flexible and empathetic manner to ensure their development of essential social and academic skills.
You will provide support in 1-2-1 and small group settings tailored to each student's needs.
You will collaborate closely with teaching staff to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress to create effective support strategies and adjust learning materials accordingly.
