Salary:
Up to £26K DOE

Location:
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

Hours:37.5 hours (can be worked flexibly)


A thriving, forward thinking recruitment company based in Manchester City Centre are looking for a contract coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, working alongside the Head of Contract Operations.

The role will involve

  • Carrying out onboarding/due diligence checks of contingent workforce, including carrying out Right to Work checks
  • Contract creation of contingent workforce, client and 3rd party
  • Liaising with our consultants and providing updates on placements
  • Liaising with company's partners and suppliers to ensure onboarding or referral of contractors and new clients through system
  • Operating payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring contingent workforce are paid on a timely, accurate and complete basis
  • Ensuring all compliance is completed to the highest standard
  • Liaising with the Financial Department to provide reports or raise queries
  • General administrative duties such as inbox monitoring and updating internal/external systems
  • Providing general support to the teams as and when needed
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry in an administrative role
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and an effective team player
  • Administration and ICT skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal
