Senior Customer Services Advisor

Location:
Broxden Business Park, Perth PH1 1RA
Standard hours 8:45am -5.15pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break

About the Agency:
As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Perth Agency which is conveniently located in our modern office in Broxden Business Park.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced individual to support our team of customer services advisors and to help look after our existing customers and new customers coming to our agency.
Duties will include:
- Allocation of work to team of customer service advisors
- Handling escalations and general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by telephone and face to face in the office
- Selling new NFU Mutual products to customers
- Providing support to senior members of staff, managing their renewal book, administration and processing of general insurance policies.
- Escalations/point of referral for team
- Working closely with management team and QA/compliance manager
About you:
- If you are in a supervisory or senior customer services role currently or looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
While previous experience within the insurance or financial industry is a benefit, it's not essential as you will receive full training, previous supervisory experience is preferred, however.
- Strong IT skills especially Microsoft office and the ability to adapt to new systems would be an advantage.
- You should be hard working with excellent attention to detail and a great time player with good time management, organisational and customer service skills
- You should have a professional manner both over the phone and face to face and be able to operate with a high attention to detail
- A cando attitude with a proven track record of problem solving and the ability to prioritise and selfmanage.
