An exciting new SEMH Teacher opportunity has become available, working with a small Year 8 class with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.

The SEMH Teacher:


For this SEMH Teacher role, you must have experience working with children with SEN and challenging behaviour and be able to demonstrate that you can manage classroom behaviour with confidence.

You must be a QTS SEMH Teacher with a good knowledge of the KS2/KS3curriculum.

You must have excellent communication skills and be highly capable at building positive relationships with the young people in your class.

This Alternative Provision based in East Birmingham caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils with SEMH issues, challenging behaviour and SEN that cannot be supported fully by a mainstream school.

Classes are small, with support staff present in each class, with excellentsupport offered for all students and staff.
