Behaviour Mentor required to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a Key Stage 4 student who has been excluded from mainstream education.

We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who has experience supporting young people who have faced social and academic barriers.

As a behaviour mentor you will be acting as a positive role model for this young person, managing classroom behaviours and providing 1-2-1 intervention session.

This fantastic Alternative Provision are well recognised for the fantastic work that the team dowith young people who are disengaged with education.


Job role:

  • Providing 121 support for a Key stage 4 student
  • Acting as a positive role model and mentor for this student
  • Providing classroom support, including academic and social support
  • Delivering 121 interventions an helping students to understand that actions have consequences
