Due to continued growth and recent investment, we have our sights set on significant growth.

The person:
You will be an energetic team player who has a hand on approach and a positive can-do attitude. Having your own transport would be beneficial as there will be early starts and occasionally late finishes.

Knowledge of the UK road network along with experience of driving large vans would be an advantage, some mechanical knowledge and a forklift license would also be beneficial.


Duties:


Workshop

  • Checking and replenishing van stock.
  • Reporting stock discrepancies.
  • Compiling stock orders.
  • Washing Vans / Trucks
  • General Workshop Maintenance Support.
  • Workshop consumables stock control
  • Maintaining Workshop in a clean and tidy manner
  • General tasks as directed by Lead Mechanic.

Driving

  • Taking Van s for MOT
  • Delivering / Collecting vans to fitters around UK
  • Assisting with Store deliveries if required.
  • Deliveries / Collecting stock around the country
  • Breakdown support

Yard

  • Moving vehicles around the yard
  • Managing yard movements
  • Taking in deliveries
  • General yard maintenance

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus
