If you are a fresh graduate with experience in administration or customer service with great attention to detail and happy handling data, then we want to hear from you We have several positions available for graduates who are keen to take that initial stepinto their long-lasting career within finance and investments.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate input of client data to inhouse systems (training provided)
- Creation of data feeds or snapshots of progression made for client reports
- Liaise with third party product providers and track responses.
- Ensure appropriate timemanagement inline with service level agreements
- Maintain Excel worksheets
Requirements To Be Successful Include:
- FS product knowledge or operational experience within the financial services industry; useful but not essential.
- Excellent standard of education to included Maths and English.
- Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems; Excel, Word, Outlook
- Organisation and prioritisation skills; being able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Professional telephone manner.
