Project Co-ordinator

Hayes, Middlesex

£30,750 + Pension + Parking

This role would suit a highly organised Project Co-ordinator looking to take the next step in their career, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

Setting up details of new projects to be completed on behalf of customers on the computer system

Ensuring that project teams have the materials and equipment needed to complete tasks required

Tracking progress of projects being completed from instigation stage and producing weekly management reports

Managing any queries that occur during progress of projects and resolving all issues

Costing work completed, raising client invoice and recording payments received on accounts system

Maintaining computerised client database records and updating details held when needed
