    Our Team

    The team of professionals in charge of construction project management consists of dedicated engineers and construction management experts who help our clients successfully complete their renewable energy projects within budget, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. We believe in working collaboratively, offering support openly, and nurturing the growth of our staff to their fullest potential. While our operations span various regions, our primary focus lies in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordic/Baltic countries.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Carry out pre-planning, pre-construction, and construction phase services for renewable energy projects across the UK, Europe, and globally, providing valuable insights to different departments.
    • Actively engage with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in projects, showcasing adept management skills in overseeing intricate renewable energy ventures.
    • Manage and interpret key project contracts, including balance of plant, turbine supply, and EPC agreements.
    • Prepare and submit various documents such as tenders, technical documentation, contracts, and planning condition discharges.
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders (clients, planning authorities, environmental bodies, local communities, etc.) to deliver top-notch construction management services.
    • Handle project administration tasks, including overseeing project budgets, risk registers, and action plans.
    • Perform miscellaneous assessments and duties related to project management as assigned by the project team.
    • Identify and participate in business development activities to enhance the growth of project management services within the team.
    • Manage all direct reports from an HR standpoint, conducting ongoing personal development reviews and providing coaching and guidance for improved performance.
    • Supervise sub-teams as part of the construction management team's structure.
    • Attend departmental and senior management meetings when required to update senior management on strategic aspects of the project management team's performance.
    • Support departmental project managers and assistant project managers, serving as a crucial point of contact for client support and issue resolution.
    • Proactively address cash-flow issues by ensuring timely recording of time and expenses, issuing invoices promptly, and reducing debtor days.
