    We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as the o9 Project Communications Manager.

    SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a long-term journey that offers a great opportunity to enhance business capabilities in line with our Vision 2030. At MDLZ, we are adopting a Smart Field approach by streamlining processes, enhancing user interfaces, establishing a digital core of interconnected systems, and more.

    You will play a key role in the Project Management Office, guiding global and regional team members on communication strategy, planning, and execution. You will collaborate closely with project leaders, change management, Mondelēz Digital Services (MDS), and corporate communication teams.

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

    • Create visibility and positive coverage for the o9 project to ensure internal and external stakeholders are well-informed about the upcoming changes.
    • Develop a comprehensive communication strategy and implement effective processes for the o9 project.
    • Produce communication materials using suitable media channels.
    • Manage and maintain o9 project communication channels while highlighting the program's achievements.
    • As a subject matter expert, work with core o9 project leaders to craft compelling messaging regarding the vision and the necessity for change.
    • Provide clear guidance to workstreams and regional teams on effective o9 project communication practices.
    • Create o9 project content and empower workstreams and regional teams with guidelines, templates, and communication resources.
    • Monitor and assess the execution and impact of o9 project communications.
    • Collaborate with the S4/o9 Communications Lead and CGA teams to ensure consistent messaging.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    Required Experience:

    • 6+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in strategic communications planning, organizational analysis, corporate communications, or communications project/program implementation.
    • Experience in corporate, function, or project communications.
    • Proven proficiency in creating clear and impactful communication content.
    • Establishing efficient communication processes and governance structures.
    • Demonstrated ability in leading and mentoring team members.
    • Working closely with leaders, fostering relationships, and influencing outcomes.
    • Utilizing communication and content creation tools and platforms.
    • Demonstrating creativity, flexibility, and the aptitude for handling complexity while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders from diverse geographies and cultures.
    • Preferably, exposure to system implementations.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
    • Preferably, exposure to system implementations.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, communications, or equivalent relevant experience.

    Travel requirements:

    • Yes, less than 10%
