Customer Service Coordinator

Parade Enterprise Centre, Chester

£23,642 - £24,887

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm


We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as first point of contact for all enquiries into Sanctuary 365 from internal and external customers.


You will be required to manage all enquires, assessing customer needs and offering solutions including assistive technology, wellbeing calls and signposting as well as being responsible for scheduling visits for installation and maintenance within defined KPI's and quality standards.

You will be required to troubleshoot, and fault find to offer first contact resolutions for customers.

Sanctuary365 has been providing assistive technology to help people remain more independent for over 30 years.

The technology provided gives the user and their loved one's reassurance that help is on hand any time of day or night.

Customers are given the reassurance and support they need to maintain the lifestyle they choose, enabling their carers and family to worry less about their loved ones.


We are seeking a friendly and driven individual who can listen and show empathy whilst providing a bespoke, person centred service to vulnerable customers.


The role of Customer Service Coordinator will include:

  • Undertaking initial first point of contact enquiries and assessments, including risk assessments
  • Monitoring mailboxes including website enquiries, answering telephone enquiries, and internal referrals via SAP
  • Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Supporting the administration of high quality and consistent services whilst creating and implementing improvements

Skills and experiences:


  • Recent experience in a similar role is desirable, such as a Customer Service Advisor or Call Handler
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and empathetic nature
  • Proven experience of administration and accurately updating databases
  • Ability to prioritise and organise a busy workload whilst working to deadlines
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office would be advantageous
