    Description

    Role:

    Freelance Site EngineersLocation: East of ScotlandDuration: 6 monthsOur client is a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to recruit a Site Engineer for 6 months period for water projects across Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.


    As the Site Engineer your responsibilities will include:
    Site supervision and inductions.
    Daily briefings with operatives and sub-contractors.
    Setting out.
    Quality control.
    Ensure that safety targets and standards are always maintained.
    Mentor and train junior staff.


    What you can expect:
    Immediate Start date for 6 months duration.
    Monday to Friday.£27 to £29 (Gross) per hour DOE.Payment methods – PAYE or CIS.


    What you'll need:
    Demonstrated experience working on civil engineering projects particularly on water projects.
    Water experience is desirable.
    A full UK driving license and own transport.
    A valid CSCS Card.
