As our Meet and Greet extraordinaire, your main mission will be to create a warm and friendly atmosphere at the Citizen Hub.

You'll be the first face our visitors see, welcoming them with a smile and helping them feel right at home.

Booking meeting rooms and ensuring everything is set up for a successful gathering.


Main Responsibilities:


  • To act as the face of the Citizen Hub, meeting and greeting our visitors as they arrive.
  • Booking rooms and spaces, and ensuring rooms are set up as required.
  • Signposting our visitors to the right areas and offering general information and guidance on the services the Citizen Hub provides.
  • Making refreshments for visitors and keeping check on adequate levels of stock, replenishing stock where necessary.
  • To maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of the Hub, ensuring a clean and welcoming first impression, to include maintenance of plants and areas directly outside of the Hub.
  • Issuing tablets and other equipment as required to visitors for job searching etc, ensuring the security and acceptable use of such equipment.
  • Acting as a keyholder for the Citizen Hub, opening and closing the centre as required and reporting any security concerns.
  • To deal with all visitors to the Hub in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner, ensuring that any disputes are handled calmly and escalated where necessary.
  • To handle the administration of any claim documentation, liaising with the eVolve your future administration team.
  • To be proactive and ready to take ownership of your own work, taking on any additional responsibility as required to contribute to the overall smooth running of the Citizen Hub.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the educational/welfare to work industry desirable.


Skills/attributes:

Great customer service skills

Able to communicate with a diverse range of people, both verbally and in writing

Able to work on a range of technology, to include laptops, tablets


Experience:

Experience in a customer facing role

Industry experience is desirable but not essential

Experience in handling difficult conversations


Circumstances:

Able to work flexibly to include evenings and weekends
