    English Graduate Teaching Assistant

    Are you an English graduate looking to gain experience in a school setting to enhance your future teacher training application?

    • English Graduate Teaching Assistant
    • Location: Wolverhampton
    • Salary: £80-£90 per day

    • Assisting KS3 and KS4 students with the English GCSE curriculum
    • Position in a 'Good' secondary school


    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in English Language, Literature, or a related field
    • Passionate about English and dedicated to inspiring students aged 11-16
    • Naturally able to connect with students and colleagues
    • Committed to the education and well-being of KS3 and KS4 students
    • Understanding of safeguarding processes and their significance

    The Role:

    As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be crucial in guiding students towards their English GCSE exams. You will provide support in English lessons, offer 1-2-1 and group assistance, monitor progress, give feedback, and implement effective support strategies. Building positive relationships with students and staff is essential, as well as active participation in school activities.
