About the role:


This exciting role will work at the core of the business to ensure the accurate and timely production of our clinical rota.

Working as part of a small team, you will aid in the production of daily, weekly and monthly reporting covering our clinical resourcedeployment and Admin resource planning through Active Ops.

Assisting the management team to deliver on agreed targets, this role provides insight to help identify any areas which could cause SLA failures, helping to drive performance across all areas of thebusiness.

As a
Resource Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Update rota with any changes covering things like sickness, Location changes and work task changes
  • Support with the management and delivery of Active Ops, which covers our admin resource planning
  • Provide adhoc analysis to support the wider business.
  • Attending planning and scheduling meetings as required, providing the key data when needed to facilitate conversations and understanding of issues
  • Reviewing complex data and be able to communicate insight to stakeholder across the business
  • Document through guidance the process followed to produce rota's and adhoc reporting
  • Be the point of contact for our clinical and management teams when making any changes on a day to day basis

Job Details:


  • 37.5 hours per week

- £22,000

  • 9am 5pm
  • Hybrid working available.

Required skills and experience:


  • You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS security clearness in order to undertake this position.
  • Excellent attention to detail with operational mindset
  • IT Literate, Intermediate MS Office, word and excel skills.
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders on a daytoday basis via telephone.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, personal drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and use initiative.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude: willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required e.g. supporting other teams / cover manager duties
  • Innovative thinking and ability to inspire team managers.
