Up to £28,000.00 per annum

About the job:

We're looking for an absolute superstar to join our client's team as a Residential Support Worker. If you're passionate about supporting young people to reach their potential and you're ready for a role that will challenge and inspire you, then keep reading

If successful you will be working for an independent therapeutic children's care provider dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the children and young people.

What you'll be doing:

Providing a quality care and support to children and young people
Building positive relationships with the young people and getting involved with their educational, therapeutic and social activities
Working closely with external agencies to ensure the best support is in place

Who we're looking for:

A person with previous experience in a similar role, ideally 1 years' experience as a Residential Support Worker
An understanding and caring superstar who knows how to provide topnotch support to young people from traumatic backgrounds
A problem solver who can think on their feet and handle challenging situations like a champ
Someone who holds or is willing to work towards Children and Young People Workforce Level 4 or an equivalent
