Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their Trust & Corporate Team as a Senior Administrator at their Isle of Man office.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client administration services to a diverse and complex portfolio of client trust and company structures.

Responsibilities:


  • Client Administration: Execute and oversee the delivery of toptier client administration services for a varied portfolio of client trust and company structures.

Ensure meticulous adherence to regulatory requirements and legal standards governing fiduciary services business within the jurisdiction.

  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate client documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within the Trust & Corporate Team, sharing knowledge, providing support to colleagues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices, changes in legislation, and emerging trends in trust administration, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and services.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Demonstrated track record of successful trust administration, managing a diverse portfolio of client trust and company structures.
  • Detailed understanding of fiduciary services business, including regulatory requirements relevant to the jurisdiction.
  • Possession of a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA, ACCA is preferred. Alternatively, a strong willingness to pursue and complete such qualifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
