Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Band 4 NHS HR Administrator to work within the Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Trusts on an ongoing temporary agency contact.

This role will be based within the Norwich area on a flexible working basis.

Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Rates
£11.47 PAYE ( £14.03Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work within the HR department within the Norfolk & Suffolk HQ site.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

Maintaining Personnel Records:

Meeting and greeting visitors:

Directing telephone calls:

Receiving initial enquiries:

Managing HR Documents (employment records & onboarding guides):

Writing letters:
