Description

Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Community Support Worker to support service users as a Single Point of contact who are awaiting allocation of a Care Coordinator.

The role is working within an Adult Mental Health Community Team based in Preston.


Pay
- £13. 00ph-£14.00ph (Ltd) depending on experience

  • Additional business mileage 0.45p per mile

Hours

  • Monday
  • Friday 09:00 17:00
  • Full Time Hours

Contract

  • 4 Months+


To work within the CMHT alongside the manager and mental health practitioners to act as a point of contact for service users who are awaiting allocation of a care coordinator.

To follow up and support an identified group of service users under the supervision of qualified staff. To participate in team meetings, supervision, and to undertake a variety of duties to support the team functioning.

Person Specification

  • The applicant must have a minimum 1 year employed experience working within Mental Health Services such as CMHT, HBTT, CRHT, EIT and Psychiatric/A&E Liaison.
  • The applicant must be a driver with the use of a car for community positions.
