Description
Key Duties include;- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of effective administration systems and procedures for the facilities team
- Input to maintenance management system; collation of reports and KPl's of maintenance and calibration performance
- Filing of maintenance and calibration records
- Issue and collection of work orders.
- Responsible to initiate and respond to correspondence as required
- Assume other responsibilities from timetotime in order to support plant objectives and personal career development
- HND/HNC or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of operation of a maintenance management system would be advantageous
- Experience and knowledge of a regulated documentation controlled system
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc
Salary:
£21,221.00 per year
