Data Management

• Oversee the collection, storage, management, and analysis of client and operational data.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
• Drive the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models.
• Keep up to date with the latest AI research to stay ahead in technological advancements.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to incorporate data and AI solutions into services.
• Identify new opportunities for data monetization and AI-driven products and services.
• Evaluate, select, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies for data processing, analytics, and AI.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of data and AI infrastructure within the MSP context.

Requirements:

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in data science, analytics, and AI, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of executing successful data and AI strategies in a tech-driven organization.
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.
