Internal Sales Advisor required. working for a company based in Shepshed Loughborough.

This is a permanent Internal Sales advisor role.

Due to working in a small office-based sales department, you must be a good team player.

This is not a typical telesales role, as the main emphasis is based on developing a good client relationship.


Hours:


  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:001700

Job responsibilities:


  • Outbound calls to existing database of customers
  • Increase account spending through promotion campaigns and monthly offers.
  • Accurate records of calls made on the company CRM
  • Responding to inbound enquiries relating to orders and products.
  • Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities.
  • Liaising with all departments to contribute to the efficiency of the sales Department.
  • Good Team Player
  • Ideally can commute to Shepshed Loughborough
  • Experience in outbound telesales
