The Role:


This is an exceptional opportunity to join an industry leading organisation, working with some of the most well-known and iconic entertainment brands to provide exceptional supply chain solutions.


As the Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in implementing policies and procedures to enhance the daily operations at distribution centres in the UK and EU facilities.

You will also be the primary contact for growth initiatives within the regions.


We're searching for an individual with a proven track record in the retail and consumer products manufacturing sector for well-known and iconic entertainment brands.

You will oversee all facets of the manufacturing operations, including production, supply chain management, quality control and distribution.

Ensuring production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards will be a key part of your role.


Your mission:

Operational Strategies:Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the Company's goals and objectives, whilst also collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term operational strategies.

Regulatory Compliance:Ensure adherence to all logistics regulations, safety standards and Company policies to maintain a safe working environment and ensure that products meet high quality standards.

Process Optimisation:Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, boost productivity and enhance efficiency, whilst maintaining a key focus on waste reduction.

Team:Offer visionary guidance and leadership to the operations team, driving them towards success and continuous improvement.

Budget Management:Efficiently manage the operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation.

Product Launch Support: Support new product development and initiatives for their launch from an operational perspective.


What they are looking for:


  • Seasoned operations management experience in retail and consumer products manufacturing.
  • Understanding of the unique dynamics of the family entertainment market.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and expertise in improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is desirable.
  • A driven and passionate individual who thrives independently in a fastmoving, dynamic environment and can adapt to evolving business needs.

What you will be offered return:

  • Salary: £100,000 to £110,000 per annum
