Job Purpose:


As the Team Leader you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to manage operational and performance within the Control Tower team.


What you'll get to work on:

  • Managing a team to ensure the provision of a performance orientated, cost effective, customer focused service
  • Providing direction to the team during resilience events (Business Continuity / Incident Management) whilst demonstrating control and adherence to process
  • Working within and promoting the philosophy of safe team working
  • Ensuring the operational plans are created accurately as per the designs from the Technical Planners
  • Responding to and managing queries and escalations ensuring accurate advice and guidance is consistently applied
  • Monitoring team performance and coaching individuals to support continuous improvement
  • Escalating any plan deviations so as not to break customer promises

Who are we looking for:


  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • High level knowledge of core IS system
  • Able to work with Internal and External stakeholders effectively
  • Great communication skills
  • Highly motivated to drive change and implement new initiative ways of working
  • Able to work different work patterns to support business needs
  • Someone that can lead a small team and drive performance improvement
