Job Purpose:

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to manage operational and performance within the Control Tower team.

What you'll get to work on:

Managing a team to ensure the provision of a performance orientated, cost effective, customer focused service
Providing direction to the team during resilience events (Business Continuity / Incident Management) whilst demonstrating control and adherence to process
Working within and promoting the philosophy of safe team working
Ensuring the operational plans are created accurately as per the designs from the Technical Planners
Responding to and managing queries and escalations ensuring accurate advice and guidance is consistently applied
Monitoring team performance and coaching individuals to support continuous improvement
Escalating any plan deviations so as not to break customer promises

Who are we looking for:

Previous experience in a similar position
Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
High level knowledge of core IS system
Able to work with Internal and External stakeholders effectively
Great communication skills
Highly motivated to drive change and implement new initiative ways of working
Able to work different work patterns to support business needs
Someone that can lead a small team and drive performance improvement
