We are recruiting for a HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team based at our ARC site near Penicuik (EH26 0BF).

The role is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role of our HR Coordinator will be to support and administer selected Compensation & Benefits activities at Quotient.

This will include the processing of UK and selected overseas payrolls, tracking and administering various benefits policies and brokers and administering incentive plans and annual compensation reviews.

The role shall also support with UK day to day HR Operations activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities will include:

Process UK payroll
Process payroll for nonEuropean countries (currently US, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands and Australia)
Coordinate benefit brokers in the UK and nonEuropean countries
Support the set up of new country payroll and benefits as required
Administrate LTI plans
Administrate retention and other special incentive plans
Support annual compensation process
Manage salary benchmarking
Support UK HR Operations activities including
Maintenance of HR Mailbox
Management Information Reporting
Absence tracking
HR System updates
Onboarding/offboarding activities

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIOURS REQUIRED

Educated to degree level or equivalent
Experience of working in and HR function with specific experience of payroll, benefit and general HR Administration
Strong Excel experience plus a sound expertise in other IT packages including Word, PowerPoint & Visio
Good interpersonal skills, with strong teamwork, collaboration and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and respond flexibly
