Providing time limited support to young people with varying and multiple needs, in a supportive, healthy and safe environment as part of Emergency 24 hour accommodation


Reporting to the Scheme Manager, you will be involved in the day to day management of Seacole, having particular regard to Safeguarding, Risk Assessment, Risk Management and development and implementation of support plans designed to provide meaningful choice and support to clients, ensuring they can obtain and access services to facilitate their move on to independent living.


You will be able to work on a rota system including some lone working, demonstrate an ability to work creatively with young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour in a way that encourages active engagement and promotes independence.


An NVQ Level 3 qualification in one of the following IAG or Housing, Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.

If the successful applicant does not hold one of these qualifications they must be prepared to work towards a nominated NVQ level 3 within their first 18 months of employment.
