- Integrating machine learning algorithms for bolstering predictive risk analytics and anomaly detection.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Working closely with Front Office traders and portfolio managers to comprehend their risk management requirements and provide technical resolutions.
- Coordinating with risk managers for maintaining alignment with risk policies and regulatory standards.
- Engaging with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure solid deployment and upkeep of risk applications.
- Vast experience in software development, particularly in Java and Python.
- Thorough comprehension of electronic trading systems, market microstructure, and risk management fundamentals.
- Proficient in constructing high-performance, low-latency systems and Real Time data processing.
- Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), message queuing systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and in-memory data grids (Redis, Hazelcast).
- Outstanding issue-solving abilities and adeptness at operating in a lively, fluid environment.
