Mobile Property Caretaker, working in and around the Berkshire/West London
.

Key Points of the role

Core working hours are
8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
on site, with extra hours sometimes required. Travel to 1st site and home from last site, within a company vehicle, is expected additionally, up to an hours travel.
You will be responsible for the cleaning and grounds maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
You will carry out general ground's maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc and repairs.
You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
The ability to work in a fast paced business; during the growing season is essential, and you will need to be fit, healthy and able to undertake the duties for this role.
