£22,000 + Bonus + Permanent Role + signing on bonus

We currently have a vacancy for a
Mobile Property Caretaker, working in and around, and based out of, the Aylesbury area; covering around
Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire areas.

Key Points of the role

Core working hours are
8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
on site, with extra hours sometimes required. Travel to 1st site and home from last site, within a company vehicle, is expected additionally, up to an hours travel.
You will be responsible for the grounds maintenance of external communal areas within residential area's, including large estate areas.
You will carry out general ground's maintenance, adhoc works and repairs.
You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting defects and undertaking routine play inspections (training provided).
The ability to work in a fast paced business, during the growing season is required, and you will need to be fit, healthy and able to undertake the duties for this role.
