Community Property Care is looking for a hardworking and reliable person to fill our Door safety inspector position based in West London.
Salary:
Pay per door, average expected annual salary £26,000.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Main Duties
- Carry out fire door inspections on communal and apartment front doors across a wide portfolio of sites, both large and small, across London to check the doors comply with relevant fire and building safety legislation.
- Weekly work allocated to you via a handheld device and you will plan your days based on the location the work is in.
- Liaise with customers, ensuring appointments are kept and any delays communicated.
- Maintain excellent written and photographic records of all completed inspections and remedial actions needed for audit purposes.
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by building excellent relationships with tenants and managing agents.
- Overtime may be available on request.
Person Specification:
- No experience is required but you must be selfmotivated and enjoy working outdoors.
- Proficient with technology in order to use the app, computer, and webbased systems we use to record data.
- Demonstrate good decisionmaking skills and common sense.
- Take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care' representative when on site.
- Work independently and will have the motivation to work quickly and efficiently.
- Live within the West London area and have the ability to navigate around London.
- Hold a current and full Driving License).
