Salary :
£12 - £14 an hour plus holiday pay

With our huge client based in Manchester, we are looking for an experience Accounts Payable who can start immediately. You will be responsible for all Purchase Ledger duties and providing support to the wider finance team.


Responsibilities:


  • Coding, batching and matching invoices working to strict deadlines
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Distribution of supplier remittance advice
  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Scanning documents and invoices
  • Liaising between various departments to investigate queries through to resolution

Profile:


  • Must have previous experience of working within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
  • Must have strong communication skills verbally and written
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office Packages
  • Worked in a fast paced environment and experience high volume of data
