Part Time Permanent

Hours: 24 hours per week


Location:
Meridian Way ,Norwich


Salary:
£13,728 per annum (FTE £21,450 per annum)

As an
Accounts Assistant you will provide financial and administrative support to our dedicated Finance Team.

You will be organised, with a proactive approach, strong communication skills and the ability to carry out tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

You will be a team player, keen to learn and willing to get stuck in


What you'll do


Input of Purchase Ledger invoices to Sage 200 Dealing with Purchase Ledger enquires from internal and external stakeholders Input of Purchase Order Requisitions Checking of Day Book Opening Post and other post administration Input of Sales Ledger Invoices Filing and other financial administration Purchase Ledger Statements This is not an exhaustive list, as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities.


What you'll bring - Experience
Experience in a similar position would be preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided AAT Level 2 is desirable


What you'll bring - Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Good understanding of Accounting packages
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet fixed deadlines
Ability to work with a high attention of detail
