We are advertising this Asset & PPM Operator role on behalf of our client 'CBES.

City were established in 1985 and the company has grown to become one of the world's largest privately held, integrated FM companies.

Job Purpose:

We are recruiting an Asset and PPM Operative to be part of the new Central Operations Team.

The Asset and PPM Operative will liaise with the Sub-contractor Team, field managers, field engineers and sub-contractors/suppliers to schedule PPM visits and update asset registers.

Key Accountabilities:

To manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance visits across a number of sites and disciplines.
To ensure all sites remain legally compliant through the scheduling of contractor and field[1]based engineers visits.
To maintain an asset register ensuring accurate information is held on all assets across an estate.
To manage all contractor certifications and ensure an accurate record of compliance records are held and easily accessed by all stakeholders.
To audit suppliers' worksheets on a regular basis for both quality of information and compliance
To liase with City Field management and City Management team and build relationships.
To ensure all PPM and legislative documents are controlled appropriately.
To Check and sign off for payment all PPM invoices.
Challenge supplier for noncompliance
To assist and support Asset & PPM Supervisor
To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal and team job skills keep pace with technical and business developments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level
Working knowledge of the Helpdesk
Familiarity with the Customers' Contract
Ability to manage a team
Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business
Confident liaising at Area and Divisional Level
Previous experience of delivering presentations to management preferred
