    Responsibilities:

    Leadthe design and development of complex Tableaudashboards.
    Drive the implementation and optimization ofAWSbased BI solutions.
    Own endtoend delivery of analyticalprojects from requirements
    gathering all the way toadoption of the BI solutions
    Provide strategic insightsbased on comprehensive data analysis.
    Ability to manage ateam of 35 resources ofjunior and midlevel analysts within theteam.
    Collaborate with business leaders to define BIstrategies and
    roadmaps.
    Ensure data governanceand security standards are maintained.
    The ability to workindependently and proactively drive change.
    Support theorganization in designing a user training programfor
    using visualization and business intelligence toolssuch as Tableau
    Excellent communication and presentationskills with the ability to
    build narratives and storiesfrom data and present insights in a way that
    drivesaction.

    Skillsand Qualifications:

    Bachelors orMasters degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
    5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or a relatedrole.
    Expertise in advanced Tableau features andcapabilities.
    Technical proficiency in SQL
    Extensive experience with AWS services for BI and dataanalytics.
    Proven ability to interact effectively withstakeholders at all levels
    including seniorexecutives.
    Strong leadership skills and the ability todrive BI initiatives
    strategically.
    PeopleManagement experience or experience leading and mentoringa
    team of BI analysts
    Strong project managementskills experience with Agile and Kanban
    methods. KnowledgeofJira

    Desirable

    Snowflake experience
    Familiarity with dbt
    Tableau Admin Certification or experience
    Snaplogic
