Description

Duties:


  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or visiting
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to upsell products or services
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Basic math skills for processing orders and transactions
  • Phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,631.24 per year
