Change Consultant - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35
Our client are currently looking to hire a Change Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.
Details:
- Ability to lead continuous improvement activities and complex change within a large service area, including valuesled cultural change.
- Enhanced stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including demonstrable experience building relationships, influencing key business stakeholders, advising senior leaders and demonstrating finely tuned political awareness.
- Demonstrable background of successfully delivering improvement initiatives via direct and matrix management of colleagues.
- Understanding of Project and/or Programme delivery with demonstrable experience or certification in a recognised methodology such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
Key Skills:
- Experience of managing and developing services to improve outcomes for citizens and customers.
- Ability to lead and manage, inspiring and motivating people across a whole service.
- Ability to manage performance effectively and to hold all team members to account.
- Experience of working in complex and diverse organisations.
- Ability to cope well with and overcome ambiguity through use of effective change management approaches.
- Ability to work effectively and credibly with diverse and complex stakeholders.
- Highlydeveloped advocacy, negotiation and presentation skills.
