- Analyze and resolve desktop support issues to meet SLA's

Our Secondline Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our IT Department as a Primary Care Desktop Technician.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to our NHS Partners and Customers within the GP practices across Gloucestershire.
We need someone who is customer focused, proactive, and can work well under pressure, either individually or as part of a team. Good communication skills are a must, along with the ability to handle user interactions effectively.
To thrive in this role, you should have solid experience in end user support and hold an IT qualification or relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities
