As a Finance Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Primary Tasks
Main tasks will include but are not limited to:
- You will be responsible for external claims of funds and chasing any overdue invoices.
- You will support the Finance Administrator with the timely processing of sales invoices, purchase invoices and credit notes on to Sage 200 accounting system & Aerotrac for the relevant BN company where required.
- Administer the purchase order approval process by obtaining budget holder approval and preparing lists of approved purchase orders for the Financial Controller to review.
- Review the accrual and prepayment schedules for inclusion within the management accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of draft management accounts and MI packs for discussion and review with the Finance Analyst and the Financial Controller.
- Provide general accounting support to the wider finance team and the Financial Controller. Special projects and adhoc reporting and analysis as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Part Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA
- Maths GCSE grade B or above
- 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles
- Solid knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate within a small team
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
