Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Our client based in Brighton are looking to recruit an Administrator to work across various departments covering admin tasks and answering phone calls from patients.
Responsibilities:
- Workers will provide ad hoc cover for various administration roles across the department on a flexible 'as needed' basis.
- Working with the Patient Access Team booking appointments or processing patient data from within the Trust to one of their providers.
- Working in a busy office or reception within the Imaging Department in A&E
- Inputting patient data and referral details
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility
- Organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Outlook, Excel, Word
