Senior Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager

Ampthill, Bedfordshire

£60,000 - £100,000 + car allowance

Role and Responsibilities

Ownership of the allpreconstruction activities to ensure all strategic tender opportunities are managed to the highest possible standards
Collation and management of company rate book ensuring all rates, outputs and resource builds up are maintained in line with latest market conditions
Preparation of monthly board updates on preconstruction activities and future opportunity pipeline
Seeking and monitoring strategic industry opportunities and forming market / client access strategies
Promotion of the business to potential and existing clients
Build and maintain relationships with existing client preconstruction teams
Preparation of tender adjudication reports
Preparation of risk and opportunity registers
Preparation and implementation of delivery team handover pack
