Brand Photographer - Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Brand Photographer to join our highly creative brand team.

This full-time, permanent position will lead our Content Studio to drive & deliver world-class visual content, with a focus on photography.

This is a unique opportunity to work in-house at a brand where creativity & innovation sit at the very heart of our business.

With a responsibility to deliver lifestyle, e-commerce & campaign photography on location & in studio, you will also have ownership of the props, styling & visual devices used to bring our brand to life.

This opportunity would be ideal for a photographer experienced in a fast-paced FMCG or fashion brand, able to balance the photography needs of the business across a busy calendar of campaigns & brand activations with a high volume of SKUs.

Key responsibilities

Create & curate highquality, visually appealing photography for social media, digital marketing, ecommerce & brand collateral that aligns with our brand visual guidelines & values.
To produce and deliver worldclass visual content, with a focus on photography, to drive acquisition & mobilise our community of lovemark fans.
To ensure that the content that is produced by yourself and the team delivers on our brand pillars of trailblazing, magical & innovative content.
To contribute towards enhancing and amplifying the Bird & Blend brand look & feel, to reflect our values, uniqueness and brand magic.
Project managing shotlists & asset requirements in line with product development & marketing campaign timelines, with the ability to react & adapt when timelines shift.
Meeting editing deadlines consistently & efficiently.
Ownership of the Content Studio budget, to ensure all equipment & props are sourced & maintained costeffectively.
Owning the planning and delivery of all photography for brand & digital campaigns, developing signed off shot lists, locations, specs & visual identities.
Support & mentoring of team members responsible for social & video content production, contributing to their learning & development, as well as their shot lists & content plans.
Ownership of the Content Studio, maintaining equipment, organisation & staging for creative content shoots, and maintaining our Drive of photography assets including archiving & keywording.
Be responsible for all file management of photography assets. This includes file naming, folder organisation and sharing of relevant assets across the wider business.

Strong knowledge of video production, to support our content & video team members.
Expert understanding of visual media needs for different touchpoints, across ecommerce, campaign, corporate branding & internal comms
Exceptional passion for customer experience & telling brand stories in a creative & engaging way.
Passionate about Bird & Blend's values, including sustainability, customer experiences & innovation, and able to translate those into your creative media.
